Post Update: Infinite Games Sync, can't use any games

Hi,

So basically since yesterday and the update i can't use any games at all.

When i try to play a game for exemple Fo4 I got a sync game loading that last for more that 8 hours and it reset 99%.

If I ignore the sync i lost everything in the game (already 50h only on Fo4).

The only thing that i can do is trying for another sync that won't work.

I can't play online even if my game saves ar on my xbox.

I've tried many solutions that i found here and nothing work. I can't call microsoft support as i'm working at the time they are responding.

If anyone got a magic solution i'll take it ^-^

Xbox one S 'bluetooth' headset options?

Pretty sure it doesn't send audio over Bluetooth, the updated Bluetooth feature is purely for easily syncing the controller as a game pad with your PC without the need for a specific dongle (can use any Bluetooth adapter)

If you're having issues where you can't sync games, please go to settings, network, then select go "offline". Then hold the power button on your Xbox till it turns off. Power your console back on, go to settings, network, then go back online. Sign in and
try your games.

I already try that solution more than once, doesn't work at all for me unfortunatelly.

 

If that doesn't work, then I would suggest removing your profile using the link below, and then adding it back.

I've tried your second solution as soon as i got the problem but it won't work.

I'm currently testing some games and your first solution work only for World of tanks for me.

I still can't play the other games.

 

Hello have checked for another software update yet? as an update was issued to preview members yesterday that should resolve this issue.

I've already downloaded this update and it doesn't work at all.

I lauched Fallout4 30minutes ago and i'm still at 3% of sync.

I'm at GMT+1 so i'll wait the night and see tomorrow if i can finally play the game.

I'm at +50hours on Fo4 so i don't want to lose everything ><

Quick update:

Still doesn't work, i'm stuck here with an uselless xbox and some games ... Times to play some N64 at least that console work right ?

 

The same thing is happening to me as well I called Xbox and we went through all the troubleshooting steps and none of them worked. Then I got transferred to the networking department and we opened up 10 new ports and went through more troubleshooting like
removing my profile, power cycle the system, rebooting my router and modem. Then we finally tried the operating system diagnostic tool to roll back the operating system and still no resolution. It all comes down to the NXOE OS preview program that is the problem.

 

Hey Microsoft... Your update is killing systems with people who have external HDDs. You console is useless right now....

Please fix this. Why would you even roll out an update during or near the weekend? My games and system worked yesterday just fine!
