    a member of support name, Ryoneil M, was the best support member I have ever had an am so very grateful for their help. I was unable to fill out my survey for them so I wanted to submit this. Exceeded help expectations. 12/10 +A. Major help in fixing my
    Xbox issue and calming me down. This support member has made me satisfied with my membership with Xbox and has even shown what a great human being is. My hero of the day would be that support member, Ryoneil M. ~A very tired and emotionally grateful Xbox gamer,

    Hello Support Team or to whoever it may concern,

    My name is and for the past year or so, my account has been fluctuating gamerscore, so I called Xbox Customer Support and the kind support provider directed me to post here. So my problem is this, my gamerscore has been fluctuating without my knowledge
    and one time it got reset to zero and I was labeled "Cheater". I completely accept responsibility to that because the service agreement I believe says i'm responsible for what happens to my account. But now it happened again, my account says I have 11235 Gamer
    Score but I havent played in the time that it fluctuated. I am asking a support person to reset my gamerscore or do something so that I am not responsible for my "glitchy" gamerscore or what ever is going on with it. I am not blaming Xbox Live for the fluctuations
    but I sure as heck am not doing it. I am just asking you guys to contact me via forums or email to fix this issue. I am trying to fix my account before I get banned for something I am not aware as to how to fix it. I am the only person that plays on my account
    and I am not a hacker nor do I know how to "hack". If someone can contact me via forums/email to help me out it would be HIGHLY appreciated.
