Post suspension party/game chat ban.

So like everyone else, my suspension has ended. Needless to say I contacted microsoft multiple times and tried to contact the seemingly non existent enforcement team and still have no answer.

This is ridiculous now. I served my susepnsion, and I'm sorry for what I did but as a 10 year veteran of Xbox live in not going to continue to pay for this service if I cant even talk to my friends. Its not even enjoyable anymore without my game/party chat.

also if you don't know about this issue don't say "hard reset" "test your mic" "block and unblock communication settings" "re download profile" I've tried all of that already!

i just want honest answers. Not "we're working on it"

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account.

You can still play online when under a comms suspension,you just can't use party chat,send messages,use in game chat etc.

 

Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

 

I've been going thought the same thing. Keep getting, "we're working on it" but clearly they're not. Its closing in on 2 weeks that I've been off my suspension and still can't talk in party chat or send voice messages. If they were truly working on it, it'd
be fixed by now. They have no problem suspending people but when it comes time to fix something they're hopeless. 7 years I've had xbox, I get one suspension and this is the treatment we get? Amazing how they claim they don't have contact with the enforcement
team but they somehow are reporting these issues to them. Perhaps time to include a system to where the Xbox support can actually support you in your issues.

 

I've got the exact same issue and exact same b******t answer. My suspension only ended on Sunday 1st November, but my 2 week suspension seems to be getting longer and longer. I spoke to a Microsoft Support Officer over the phone who simply said "It is a
known issue. It won't be fixed until next week, maybe later."

Why ban people in the first place if you can't properly unban them?

 

have you tried using skype? Xbox's connection in general is sketchy for me and my friends, we cant even access party chat. so we use skype and have it run in the background (its the only app that properly runs in the background too).
