Discus and support Post code, games pass, payment method in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So l just got a new Xbox one s and 1st when l try to set up a payment method and it will ask me for an address for my profile and not accept my post...     So l just got a new Xbox one s and 1st when l try to set up a payment method and it will ask me for an address for my profile and not accept my post code saying it isn’t “formatted correctly” when l know for a fact it is. 2nd I was given an Xbox code games
    pass with it and when l tried to redeem it it did not let me. 3rd it will not let me set up a way to pay for anything. Because of all this l also missed on the opportunity to have 3months games pass and live gold for £1. If this could be solved ASAP that would
    be brilliant.

    It it asks for a payment method, then it requires a payment method. There's no way around that.

    Also, Game Pass is not needed for Hogwarts Legacy. The game is not included with Game Pass.
