Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. The only modificationjs allowed on the Xbox one are those approved by and provided by the developer. For example, Skyrim and Fallout 4 both have modifications you can download from in-game. Those are fine.

Anything else would break the
Xbox live Terms of use and
service agreement, so we do not recommend doing so. This will most likely result in a ban/suspension.

Thank you for confirming this info for us.

If you texture packs are coming from an official source, then you need not worry about breaking any Terms of Use rules.

As long as you are not using modifications on your game that would negatively impact the experiencing of others playing the same games as you, at the same time, you should not receive any Enforcement Actions for this.

As far as installing content such as modifications onto your console, that would be difficult as there is no official way of doing this on the Xbox One, besides such services provided by developer Bethesda.

You are able to use mods on the mobile version of Minecraft as well as the Windows 10 version, without fear of losing your account.
