Possibly missing gems/questions

I've gotten gems rewarded for completing challenges, keeping my gold status, pre ordering and for being a reward member for 8 years. I saw that I received 150 gems for my birthday but it was only rewarded once. Should it have been
rewarded a total of 8 times since that's how many years ive been a rewards member?

Also, I was wondering if in the near future we would get rewarded for being an Xbox gold member? Right now I've been with gold since April of 2006(although my profile for some reason only has me as a gold member for 10 years)

Or any other way to earn gems or reward credits including achievements after reaching overlord. One other would be retro actively rewarded for pre ordering games. Over the past ive pre ordered close to, if not over 50 digital games, however so far I've only
been rewarded for 3.

Lastly.....when will the visa gift cards be available, I've been checking almost everyday since the gem program started and have never seen them in stock. However I saw in the community section that people have actually been able to redeem gems for them.

Visa gift cards are great but why not Xbox gift cards also? You already have gild and game pass cards so why not Xbox gift card? :/

Missing gems from

Support will double check for any missing gems, but keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, 2017 so you would not have earned gems for anything done prior to that date.

Since Gems were only created in October, activity done before that could not have been awarded Gems before they existed. After user feedback, Overlords prior to October were awarded for completion of that tier. You have 6 Gems from surveys, 10 from the Prospector
MyChallenge, 100 from the Golden Child MyChallenge, 5 from YOLO Rewards, 500 from Overlord, and the remaining 250 Gems are from your spending.

 

Since gems just started on October 1, you would not have been awarded for anything prior to that which is why you'd only have 1 set of birthday gems.

You can earn gems for keeping a gold subscription. There used to be offers to receive credits for renewing so that could always come back.

After reaching overlords status, you can still earn gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you receive.

 

I ask about b day because mine is in july, yet I got rewarded for it. How many gems per 1000 gamerscore?

 

Are you kidding? Lmao, that's terrible.

 

It could always go back to getting absolutely nothing for achievements and gamerscore.

 

Wow all those achievements(hours) sure help towards rewards in the vault. When I first saw how many I had to begin with I thought I could one day get am Xbox one x. But 2 gems for 1000 points....LOL.

 

Honestly it might as well, I'd have to get 50,000 gamerscore to be able to get any items in the first tier of rewards. 10 trove dragon coins here I come!
