Possibly Broken Console

I have an issue, my Xbox 1 S may be broken. It wont connect to any tv dispite any effort I make for it to do so. I know none of my cables are broken, and the ports for my Xbox look normal, the same way they have for the 3 years I've had it. Anytime I try to turn off the console, it just doesn't unless I hold the power button, or pull out the power cable. If it's on and I press the button to turn it off, it makes the powering off noise, but stays on. The last day the console worked, it was extremely slow, and just wouldn't load any games. Does anybody know what may have happened to my xbox, and how to fix it?

Possible friends list is broken and glitched. It is fixed alway when you restart console but then hour, 2 hours or 3 hours later became broken again.

The laser in your Disc drive may be broken, try the disc in another console if possible or return to the shop and ask for a replacement explaining the problem

As though I cannot confirm, it pretty much is broken, okay? I am very sorry about that and truly understand how you feel.

I always try to avoid using things while charging them, and that goes for everything. It may have got too hot.

Hello, it is possible that the wireless board has slightly broken, causing an unstable connection. If possible, contact Microsoft about using your warranty or getting repairs made to the console here :
