Possible to transfer games and save to another xbox with different account

Good morning, i have a question.

My girlfriend played a pair of games on my xbox, i am going to gift her own xbox for christmas.

At her home internet connection is quite slow, so is it possible to put games on external hard disk, and copy them on her xbox? they are gamepass games, so she has "bought" them.

Is it possible for her to restore savegames she did on my account?

i can't use the xbox home capability because i already have 2 xboxs at my home, so she has a new account.

games transfer by external hard disk is valid also for non gamepass games, but that we both have a valid license right?

if i've bought a game, and she has too, i can easily transfer game with external hard drive right?

If she has game pass, then yes, you can copy the games to a hard drive, and then connect the hard drive to her console, and she should be able to play the games. She might have to download an update for the games though, but the updates shouldn't be too
big.

As for the saves created on your account. She will have to start again. The saves are attached to your account and cannot be moved to another account.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer save games.
