    Possible to set Upload Studio to Automatically Upload Recorded Clips to OneDrive?


    Is it possible to set upload studio to automatically upload new recorded game clips to OneDrive with randomly/sequentially generated names? (and to do this when the xbox is in "low power" [off] state?)

    Using the interface in Upload Studio is clunky, slow, and painful. It would be much better if I could just set it to do this automatically and then manage the video files from my pc.

    Every clip you create using game dvr or clips that are automatically recorded, your friends can see, but if you want to share your clip with the Xbox community you have to upload them, with the upload studio.

    Hey Jason!

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. Game clips on Xbox are recorded, edited, and shared from the Game DVR feature associated to the Upload Studio app. The Upload Studio app is the only way to upload and share clips that you recorded from Xbox or Xbox on
    Windows 10.

    As of right now, I don't think there is a way to convert or transfer your recorded files that are captured using your internal graphics card. All clips are captured using the Game DVR feature and then edited and shared from Upload Studio.

    You can use Upload Studio to upload video content to OneDrive. The following support page will help you: Upload Studio Sharing Clips

    Once your content is on OneDrive, you can use the OneDrive app on a tablet or your phone to download your content.

    Open Upload Studio -> Manage Clips -> change the layout so the clips/screenshots are listed -> select the clips you want -> upload to OneDrive -> then Upload

    after they uploaded check your onedrive on the computer and then you can download them.

    I have a solution for you.

    1. Make your video

    2. Record your voiceover

    3. Select Finish

    4. Upload to Upload Studio and OneDrive (optional)

    5. When finished go to Manage my clips

    6. Select the video.

    7. Select edit

    8. The video will load into the first clip section.

    9. When it has finished press Finish

    10. Upload it to Upload Studio for the second time (you wont need to upload to OneDrive again so deselect that)

    11. Now when you go to Manage my clips you will be able to share your video

    12. Delete the first upload.
