    Possible to retrieve deleted message containing one month EA-Access code?


    Hello, I just spoke to a support agent who referred me to this forum. Basically a while ago I had a message from Xbox giving me a 1-month EA-Access code (It was a reward) for becoming a member if I recall correctly. Since I did not use the code at the time
    (I already had finished with EA-Access before I needed to use the free month), I just left the code there. Now obviously the message has been auto-deleted and I have lost the code. Is it possible to regain access to the old deleted message so I can get the
    code back to use or is it lost forever?

    I accidentally deleted a message from Xbox live

    I received a message from Xbox live containing a code for a 1 month ea access pass.. But I accidentally deleted the message.

    Possible to retrieve deleted message containing one month EA-Access code?

    Once you Delete a Message or it expires its gone. I would check your email associated with your Xbox Live account. You may have received it by email as well.

    I deleted message containing code for EA Access for preordering of FIFA 17

    (edit):

    I accidentally deleted the message you sent which contained the code for the one month of EA Access included in my purchase of FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order, before I could redeem the code. I made the purchase on my Xbox in the Store on 6/27/16.
    I either need a new code, or my old one resent to me.
