What are you trying to do?

I would like to have our account put on hold temporarily so as not to use up billing cycles while the account is not being used.

Any error code/message you are receiving.

So if I make a 2nd account in holland and put on points on that account it is possible to play stuff bought on that account on the 2nd account ?

 

there should be an Option you can use from "my account" to cancel automatic renewal of your subscription, if that wont do you can contact phone Support

There is no option to "suspend" you account however you can turn off automatic renewal as mentioned above. If for some reason you cannot turn it off on the
