Possible "Syncing Save Data" Fix

I was having the syncing save data issue.

• I deleted my profile off my xbox and powered down my system.
• I reset my router and then turned on my xbox.
• I re-downloaded my profile and everything was fixed.

I now have a gamer score, my friends show on my friends list, my gamerpic is back as well. When I load up my games it still has the notification for games not being able to retrieve the save. However, when I click "try again" the save recovery goes through
successfully.

Did not work for me at all. In fact it's made the whole thing worse. Now none of my friends show up, I've lost all my saves for every game, Avatars not showing up, Backgrounds gone, still says "sign in" up in the top left, although the guide says I'm signed
in but half of the guide is all blank....

 

Mine was like that before I reset my router. I had nothing show up as you described after I took the latest NOXE build update last night. As soon as I reset my router and recovered my profile it brought everything back.

 

Found A fix Pull your Power cable out of your xbox.

The normal hard reset when pressing the xbox button for 5 sec wont work!

Can you try clearing your Xbox One's cache (it just deletes temporary files)

I've been experiencing the same issue this evening. Holding down the power button until the PSU light turned orange alone didn't work, but doing that followed by disconnecting the PSU for a few seconds seems to have fixed the problem (fingers crossed). I'm
now able to sync my saves and the three achievements I completed a little earlier have now unlocked.

 

I can't sync anything,tried to download the profile again but just made things worse.

My gamerscore is gone and i can't view my friends...

 

Having the same issue here at the moment.

 

Mine keeps telling me to use offline even if I turn the Xbox off

 

Now I carnt get into the Xbox preview app

 

I had the same problems of not being able to play anything online due to the sync issue. what did work for me in the end after messing around for an hour doing various hard resets etc was just turning it off, then pulling the ethernet cable out and then
connect via wireless. Worked instantly.

 

First thing this morning, still the same problem. Unplugged Xbox, took the kids to school, came back, plugged it back in and it appears to be working. Not sure what fixed it. But was unplugged for about twenty mins.
