Possible source of Kinect Adapters found!

I've found a physical retailer in Singapore selling adapters at a relatively reasonable price. They state they are reconditioned. They work out at around $60USD + shipping.

I've ordered one and will receive it over the weekend / early next week. I will post more details if I works out legit.

Kinect adapters

I bought a xbox one s yesterday and realised I have to get an adapter for my kinect from my previous xbox for it to work just enquiring about one being sent to me? And also how comes it asked me to buy gold even though I already had it?

Hello I just wanted to voice my opinion because I am upset that I cannot purchase an adapter for Kinect. Currently I have the original Xbox one so Kinect works fine. But I want to upgrade and get the oneX so I can get HDR. I have to get an adapter for it
which I'm really okay with but the problem is that now Microsoft isn't manufacturing the adapters anymore. So now it's like 200 dollars to get one third party from Amazon or such right now. Now I know that I'm not a huge cool streamer on mixer because I only
have 11 followers but look: I have to go to work everyday as a man because that's what society wants(I work in Midwest Bible belt) but for the few hours every night when I come home and express my true gender and be Jenny Adams for a few fleeting hours while
I play titanfall2 or fallout 4 is huge for me. It may seem trivial but streaming on mixer well at least there are currently 11 people in the world who aren't judging my life. So please make the adapters because I like the Kinect.

 

Looking forward to hearing more information. If legitimate and works then this could solve the issue with scalpers.

 

The only thing I’m not sure about overseas adapters is the fact that it has it’s own power supply that connects directly to the wall. I am not sure if Microsoft kept it all the same to work internationally, or fragmented production based on regional voltage
standards.

Make sure it’s rated to support the voltage range in your own country before you plug it in, otherwise it’ll fry.

 

Yeah. I don't live in the US so I know that the voltage wont be an issue. But I don' want to be responsible for things shorting and damaging etc so that' why I'm holding off telling where to go until Ive received it.

I'm pretty sure it would be a universal style PSU but better safe than sorry!

 

Could you send me some info about that provider?
