POSSIBLE SOLUTION to Error code 0x87de2714

As many of you may know, there is an error going around that will not allow anyone to play games. When the game is started up, it crashes and goes back to the Home with the message "To play (title), we need to be connected to Xbox Live", even though you
are connected. This was happening to me as well, and I came to the forums to discover a possible fix. Upon looking in the forums, I came up on this info:

The Refresh Dashboard Feature: While on the dashboard home, hold both triggers and press Y until the home refreshes.

I did this, and immediately entered one of my games (GTA V) that was having the issue, and my problem was solved. I had no further issue of not being able to access my games. Now, this
MAY OR MAY NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE, but for those of you who still are having this error and haven't triee this method, give it a try and see if you can play your games afterward.

Every time I try to play Battlefield Hardline I get a error code 0x87de2714 message . What do I need to do to fix it?
