    Possible solution to COD saying it needs to be repurchased


    I found a admittedly bad solution but it is a solution, i was experiencing issues with Black Ops Cold War saying i needed to buy it again, i went searching and found that deleting your game save from your device should make the game actually run. Im not quite sure if you're able to backup your saves to an external hard drive or not. If you are able to please reply with that information.

    Sorry but most items do not transfer between consoles unless specifically offered. In the case of the CoD series you would need to repurchase the items.

    One of the warnings before being able to migrate an account was that any purchased content may not work after the migration and that it would not be possible to download the content again after the migration.

    So the only possible solution may be to repurchase the game.

    At one point it was possible to transfer your DLC over, but that option expired over a year ago. You would need to repurchase it for the One if you want to use it on the One.
