    Hi, I bought the game Hello Neighbor for my son just over a month ago. What I didn't realise is that it's been slow and glitching almost from the time I bought it. At £24.99, I'm pretty annoyed that I've bought what seems to be a low quality product. I'm
    trying to find out whether I'm eligible for a refund, considering this fact. I can't find any online forms (apparently they exist but I don't know where!), and was wondering whether anyone can point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    You can try, however low quality isn't a reason for a refund.

    If its glitching to the point you can't play it/finish the game etc, then that's a different story.

    I also own the game, but never have played it yet. I'll bear it in mind.
