    Hi,

    I think I got a network issue but not sure.

    Since nearly 2 months I can't access Gears of War 4
    services (Bigelowe issue) and lately I downloaded Dragon Ball Fighterz closed beta and at the game launch it says something like "can't initialize the network".

    I've tested the Xbox one connection via the parameters and everything is good, I'm connected to the network (Ethernet and Wi-Fi are both working fine).

    But seems like it causes some trouble when I try to play some games.

    Can you help please ?

    Xbox Live Issues

    That sounds like a possible network issue. Is there something that you can find that relates to all the instances that happen. Are you streaming media? Are you just gaming? Is there an expiration time on the IP Address that your router gives the Xbox within that time period? Are you plugged directly into your router or is it wireless? If its wireless the adapter might be having issues as well.

    Is it possible to try a wired connected, so that we can narrow down whether it's a wireless issue or a network issue?

    Got it. It could still be possible that there’s an issue with its configuration affecting your console’s network connectivity especially the latency result. Would it be possible to connect your console wirelessly just to isolate further the issue?
