    Possible issues with the microsoft store not updating properly, I had two unsuccessful updates on top of two more for a total of four not updating even after receiving the update message.

    You’ll have to talk to Valve about any reasons why, or possible returns. They are the ones I; control.

    If what you mean by that is a software update, that is not possible. You need to buy the Physical Xbox One or Series S/X at a store such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.

    Sorry, should have made myself clearer when I said about Twitter. I was referring to the Microsoft twitter pages, Support, Xbox and MS Store. For example, the party chat issue yesterday resulted in lots of tweets on the Support Twitter.

    Surprised they are saying it's an Update issue as the most recent 21H1 update was on the first (or at least that's the last one I can see on my system) and that was basically an Update to Updates. Then again, seemingly unrelated Updates can cause unintended consequences so it's possible.
