  1. Possible Issue to Xbox Insider Hub App


    I cannot launch the Xbox Insider Hub app on Xbox ever since my console updated to the latest alpha skip ahead build. I keep getting this message when I launch the app “Getting your app ready this may take 1 or 2 minutes” then it gives Xbox error code 0x80073cf6. I have tried the recommended uninstall and reinstall the app, reset console, and full shutdown methods. These methods did not resolve the issue.

    if you'd like. First, you need to have the
    Xbox Insider Hub app
    downloaded.

    Immediately after you encounter a problem or unexpected behavior, report it:

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button.
    2. On the What do you want to do? screen, choose Report a problem. This will open the Xbox Insider Hub app.

    It is possible to remove the console from the Insider program yourself by using the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console, Please be aware that at the moment Insiders are running the same software version that is being used by everyone else in the community.

    Hi Erelyn,

    You can
    report issues on the Xbox One through the Xbox Insider Hub app
    . You just need to install the app from the Store and then hold the Xbox button to pull up the power menu and you should now see "report a problem". The Insider Hub app will open and take you
    to the report section where you can put the description of the issue along with screenshots like the ones you provided here.

    To report this issue to the Xbox team, you can use the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox console or Windows 10 PC. Here are the steps:



    1. Open the Xbox Insider Hub app. (The report can be through this app or through Xbox app.)

    2. Click on the "Report a problem" button.

    3. Select the category that best describes your issue.

    4. Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

    5. Attach any relevant screenshots or videos that can help the Xbox team understand the issue better.

    6. Submit the report.
