Possible Installation error

So as you can see in this screenshot, on the left it shows Doom Eternal as downloading but it doesn't show it in my install queue and I'm not sure whether it's actually installing it or if it's just an error. I've restarted both the Xbox app and my PC, and the issue has persisted. Any help would be appreciated

Did you check if the game appears in the queue in the Microsoft Store?

If it doesn't even show up in the Microsoft Store these steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

This could also be hard disk related. If you have un-installed and then re-installed then it is possible that the same area of disk is being used and that bit has some kind of unmarked error. If possible you could trying using an external USB 3.0 disk to
move games on to and reformat the main disk which will pick up any surface errors on the disk. Other than that there is little relationship to installed games and the speed of the dashboard or why it would crash.

Try installing the game onto your hard drive if you have space. It could be a possibility that it is a disk read error.

I suggest a re-install of "ROBLOX" if possible.

If this does not work it may be a "ROBLOX" Error and should contact there Support.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. To confirm, are you unable to install the Xbox application or games within the application? Typically when this error code is received, it could be a variety of possibilities. Please view: Error 80190194 with a list of possible troubleshooting fixes.

However if you are unable to install the application, it may be a different issue apart from the article I listed above. Installation errors can sometimes be repaired by running PC updates. Please check to make sure your PC is updated by going to your settings, then selecting "Windows Update".
