Possible hardware issue with Xbox One Elite?

i noticed you have an external hard drive in use with your console, are the games that are crashing installed on your internal or external hard drive?

if they are on the external drive it may be worth trying to move the install of the game to your internal drive and having another go.

ive tried installing to both external and internal with no success. in the video all those games are on the internal storage.

Thanks for the replies. Definitely sounds like a hardware issue. You will need to go the

device support. Here you can see If the console is still in warranty, and set up a repair. Which we strongly suggest in this case.

The xbox itself is failing to properly start up period. It occasionally comes on but freezes when I hit factory reset.

Your issue could also have something to do with the reported litany of issues that have plagued multiple users since the new Modern Warfare's launch rather so than it being a hardware issue. If its been happening only Modern Warfare but not prior to the
issue being first encountered, then the issue could be with the game so much as it could be with the console.
