    Awhile ago I downloaded the trial for a game I really wanted to play. A couple of days later it was available to get free with gold so I got it there. Ever since then it will sometimes work and now show that it is a game previously gotten with gold or
    it will kick me out saying that my old trial has expired

    its not a glitch it was part of the special introductory offer they converted your old game pass and gold to ultimate

    Having some difficulty, iso assistance/info.

    It's not a glitch. It's how the system works. Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid card in a store. It is not possible to purchase gold with the currency in your account.

    It's not a glitch. Gold (or Game Pass Ultimate which includes Gold) is required to play online.
