The mental state already has been fixed quite a while back. Killing Peds or cops has no effect on your meter.

^Has less of an effect. It still goes up, just not as much.

"A player's Mental State will no longer increase when killing hostile mercenaries. Also, the increase rate for killing Cops who are chasing the player as a result of being wanted has been reduced. "

Thats strange, i'm sure a few days ago, i was on a high speed pursuit and killed one of the NOOSE members on the Suv's and it warned me about the mental state raising, I thought the same thing i thought they worked on it.

What game are you guys playing? I can kill peds all day long and not get even a little bit of a mental state rising. It only happens to me when I kill a real person. It does say my mental state is rising but it doesnt.

You know what I hate, the fact you cannot wear a hat and a mask at the same time (unless by doing a glitch). So I have an idea, that involves allowing such a great possibility by changing around a few things in the interaction menu. Some variations of this
glitch is a mask with a helmet, beer hat, and fedoras, but there will be no need to attempt a glitch like that anymore with "the hat stacker" update. With this, you can wear a beanie and a cap at the same time, but also both a mask, and a hat.

I feel from my first post on this page before it got this popular, the fur suits from the "hunt or be hunted" update should have variations. A wolf suit to match the wolf mask, a raccoon suit to match the raccoon mask (or tanoke suit from Super Mario [of
course adding the same suit but hooded]), and so on. Yet, the bird suits must have a lot of color palettes because of how many bird masks there are.

I'd hope for the ability to store "non-obtainable/blacklisted" vehicles through the service known as Pegasus. There were some really interesting vehicles that could be stored (those pictures!).

UPDATE on first post from me: The "Motercity Update" should also include not only the Dukes (1968-1970 Dodge Charger) from GTA 4 but also allow us gamers to buy all of the muscle cars off of Southern San Andreas Autos website

Bravado Gauntlet - Dodge Challenger

Declasse Vigero - Camero/chevelle

Vapid Dominator - Ford Mustang

Vapid Blade - Ford Falcon 64'

This is what i know, i would like to have all the muscle cars in the class to be on the website, for a reasonable price, the dominator had a good price, the falcon had a good price, yet pretty expensive since the retail is very pricey for a car that old.

But in patch notes, you mentioning about the "Bloodthirsty players out there." The mental state would have to be tweeked with, In my pride example, I go to the "Hood" part of LS and camp in the train tunnel and blow up cop cars and kill officers until one
of them kills me or i run out of ammo. the mental state in this patch (1.15) it still rises when you kill NPC's such as cops and regular people.

R* would have to change it to where the mental state only rises when killing online players and not NPC's. If you want those bloodthirsty player's dreams to come true.
