Possible fraudulent reporter and "quitting early" scenario frauder, what to do?

I recently have had an encounter with someone on a game who claims I ragequit in the middle of a match (Game was Dragon Ball Sparking 0). I always record disconnects so have proof otherwise. I asked if the person crashed, they got rude and belligerent, and insisted I ragequit despite the evidence provided and posted. They then blocked me, I suspect to keep their side of the story up so no-one will question why he's not getting messages from me anymore.

I have seen this before elsewhere so admittedly I am slightly paranoid this user might be doing the same, but I believe this user is fraudulently quitting early and creating false reports on users to try and get them banned, to what end I have no idea. I have reported him for fraud with these reasonings.

Is there anything further I can do? I have tried contacting a support member but I keep getting through to bots that loop asking for information, before moving to the next bot asking for the same info, not listening or helping. Any help would be appreciated.

You already did what you needed to do by reporting them. They'll be investigated from there.

Neko, the quitting early option has been available for months on the XB1. Do you not report people very often?

Report Fraudulent Gamertags from the console. Report fraudulent websites to your local authorities.

Same problem i get at times is the recent players list either does not update or takes hours to update for specific matches, Seems to e worse if you quit/leave the game early.

The only thing that you can possibly do is remember the gamertags and then search for the player to report them.
