    I am here today because I received an email from true achievements saying that I modded/hacked achievements for Banjo-took and halo 2 for Windows Vista and that after an investigation they will erase my stats from the trueachievements leaderboards and then
    report me to XBL Enforcement team for further enforcement actions. I contacted Microsoft support about this issue first before coming here and they couldn't help me as he said there is no longer any kind of customer support for the games in question. My support
    number was 1399686536. The achievements for banjo-tooie were glitches and wouldn't pop. After I cleared my system cache 5 time and then hard reset my Xbox 360 and returned to the start menu for banjo tooie the 9 glitched achievements all popped at the same
    time. "9 achievements unlocked worth 110 gamerscore". Now for Halo 2 for Windows vista, Bungie shut down the multiplayer servers back in 2012 so the multiplayer achievements are supposedly unobtainable. I unlocked several of the multiplayer achievements back
    in July of 2017 when I ran a system link between 4 computers and ran a local (LAN party) server. I have already been banned once before on an old account for glitched achievements. Can someone please help me with this as I don't want to get suspended permanently
    again when I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't modded/hacked anything.

    You will have to go to enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible contact regarding enforcement actions etc.

    Hey there Julenissen420,

    It's possible there is either an enforcement action on your account or a billing suspension on your account. If you check
    enforcement.xbox.com are you seeing any active enforcement actions that could be causing this problem?

    There's really nothing anyone can do. It would be up to the enforcement team to determine if you had modded your achievements. There is no way for you to contact them regarding the complaint True Achievements filed.

    There's really nothing anyone can do. It would be up to the enforcement team to determine if you had modded your achievements. There is no way for you to contact them regarding the complaint True Achievements filed.
