Possible disk drive problem

    When ever I put a Disk in the disk tray it will make a weird sound and it would say disk unrecognized and the disk is perfectly clean.

    Halo 4 Campaign Problems

    Yes you could try this, otherwise the campaign is written on the disk, so the its not a problem with the console its a problem with the disk. The disk may appear clean, however a possible solution would be to install the campaign directly to the hard drive.
    If you can't do this, then the disk is the issue. Havee you tried putting a disk in a vacuum and having it thoroughly cleaned?

    Cant update, 4099-40A3-1600-0700-C000-000E

    I don't have my disk drive in at all and this is the first update that has gave me a problem. I have tried everything possible on this website..
