Discus and support Possible console in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; One of the accounts on my Xbox got a permanent ban and now every account on that console and only that console can't send messages.     One of the accounts on my Xbox got a permanent ban and now every account on that console and only that console can't send messages. I can't figure out why I can't talk even after the supposed end of ban date has passed and I cent talk or hear in parties
    or send messages on accounts that haunt done anything. Any help is appreciated, my email is

    Have you modified/flashed your Xbox 360? If not you should have Xbox Support give you a call -

    im a little confused about this but i havent used this 360 for about 2 months.i cant connect to xbox live or play any games its giving me a status code 396b-3f4a-1380-0702-c000-0099

    Possible console connectivity issue.

    I don't know much about satellite setups , only that they are bad because of high ping , but to get 2 xbox ones to play well together you need a gaming router that does UPNP (almost ALL routers will claim this but very few do it well , Netgear is my choice)
    it MIGHT be possible to put the ZyXel in "bridge mode" turning it into just a modem and then getting your own router , but if you have other choices of isp (other than satellite) I would look into that also...also , a wired connection is much more preferred...
