Discus and support Possible confirmation on Xbox's stance on error 0x80820002 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So i'm on my last attempt at fixing my Xbox before sending it back for an exhange at Amazon.     So i'm on my last attempt at fixing my Xbox before sending it back for an exhange at Amazon. I Factory reset my Xbox and that didn't resolve the issue (thought i'd try everything)

    Anyway now for the info you guys wanted to hear (Warning its not good news)

    Providing I linked it right, this is a tweet that Xbox support sent saying to exchange or repair our conosle

    after being a fan since the First Xbox *** off does not even being to describe how i feel about the silence from MS/Xbox
