Possible cheater found in Borderlands the Pre Sequel.

Hello, so I was playing co-op with random players (matchmaking) on Borderlands the Pre Sequel and came across a guy with a level 72 fragtrap and lawbringer. The host invited me to a party along with the other players and they were talking about giving each
other modded gear (the cheater and host). The max level cap for the game is 50... for now... but there still hasn't been any DLC for the level cap increase. The cheater I'm mentioning is called [Mod removed] on XBL, I have proof of this user's cheating because
I took a picture of his gamercard while he was playing; [Mod removed] he also mentioned of modding GTA IV to play as any character online so I'm thinking this user has a JTAG, I may be wrong.

I would also like to mention that when I joined the game, the players were fighting the end boss and when I went inside the vault, the last round was starting (when he pops out of the ground) they instantly killed the boss. The host's gamertag is [Mod removed]
and the other player that was in there was called [Mod removed]

 

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums,nor is posting links to pictures containing their gamertags.

The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.
