    possible cheat ?


    Hi a gamer started a game with me playing the word "My" and got ten points which is wrong because they should only have got six. So I played my move. And then the other players move was "my" and it was just the word they started the game with ! No other
    tiles on the board and she got six points off it this time. What's happening ?

    [/quote]Don't worry about it, the people who are into that are more than capable enough to take those factors into account. It's not the super bowl, it's a friendly competition. For fun. Cheaters are there to ruin that fun. End of story.

    More competitive? Lol. Unless everybody plays all the same games, there is no competition. One guy plays 1 game, gets all 1000 points for 100%, but you have 100,000 gamerscore and a 50% comp percentage, who wins? It's like having the Green Bay Packers play
    the Super Bowl against Tiger Woods. So yeah, Digi, it is very hard to dull the mind enough to grasp exactly what it is that is a competition here.

    I can't explain the second "my". However, if the first word played is "my" and the "y" is on the center square, it would be worth 10 points. The center square is a double letter square.

    Ah that explains it then but her using "my" as in the first word she played. But being able to use that word again without using any tiles and getting six points is strange.

    It does work, i tried it last night and although i wasnt overly successful there were a few shots fired one after the other with the same main gun. Needs more investigating and trying but i think its down to timing, simply hammering the Y button once you
    have fired wont do it, but if you press it quickly and in time or something then it works. i got 2 shots off practically instantly, and at much faster then switching and firing another gun.
