Yea, a friend of mine transferred his Live account to his xbox one and all his money and points were transferred with him.

Not possible. It's transferable across generations, but not across accounts since the data is tied to the account.

 

Sorry, but once the money is in your Xbox account, you can't transfer it out of the account.

 

As Smwutches said you can not transfer the money out of your account, but you can use it for buy/rent movies from xbox video or music from xbox music. If you dont want to do either of those things, the money will always be there if you ever decide to get
another xbox.

 

You can also use these funds to make purchases for games, etc., on a Windows Phone or a Win8 PC.
