There are you a few things you could try to resolve this issue. First of, go through the Xbox One Connection and Network Solution troubleshooting
guide. Answer the first question as i can connect, but i am experiencing connection quality issues of and follow the steps.

I would also try a Physical power cycle/reset of the console.

If the issue persists, consider performing a ‘soft’ reset of your console to factory defaults. Choose the Reset
and keep my games & apps. If going down this route, make sure any data not already saved to the cloud is backed up as it will be deleted.

Sounds like someone else is signing into your account! Ive never gotten the Goodbye message for a connection loss, but it does pop up when someone else uses my account. Id check with your friends and see if someone is signing into it, and change your password
to prevent this from happening in the future .

That is definitely a signal issue with your internet. Where is your xbox located in relation to the modem. Is there anyway to do a direct link Everyone likes wireless hookups including me, but direct link is the strongest. But there are ways to tweak your
signal manually on your xbox based on your location. Try this link for now I dont think i can actually give you setting to manually adjust your specific xbox. Is your xbox hardwired or wireless to the router?

Is your controller assigned to "sign you in" in the settings? Maybe a resync of your controller might help.
