Portuguese language for a American Media

Hi, I live in US and bought a media od FIFA in here, however I am brazilian and would like to hear the comments in portuguese. Would like to know if anyone faced some similar issue like that and if there is any way to solve it.

I heard that if download from Brazilian live works fine, however I bought the physical media in US.

Fifa 13 - On Demand - Support Portuguese?

I bought Fifa 13 on demand. the site and on the xbox there is information that the game has support in Portuguese, but I can not configure the menu or audio for this language.

Would you like to receive support in Portuguese, as described in the live site when I bought the game.

If not possible, I would like to receive a media with version in Portuguese. I do not question the audio, but I want the menus in Portuguese, because I spent my microsoft points because the site reported that the game possessed support for my language.

My account is American, but I'm a Brazilian and live in American and Brazilian contained the same information. and not only the Portuguese who is not available. There are several other languages not listed in the supported game.

I want my points back or receive the game with the language reported in the description.
