Portal: Still Alive wont play or redownload

so i decided to load up portal still alive on my xbox one to get the last 3 achievements for it but when it loaded it gave me an error saying it was corrupted so i deleted it and when i tried to redownload it the download keeps stopping repeatedly, i aquired this game when it was a games with gold game however long ago it was and the last time i played it on my xbox one by my achievements was in the middle of last year, when i go to the marketplace on my console it says you own this install but when i go to the website it says i dont own it so i cant download it from there, it even says i own it on the xbox app i can download it from there but still end up with the same result on my console, it is also under my owned ready to install games section on my console i just want to get these last 3 achievements i dont understand why the game wont redownload. Is the game just unplayable on the xbox one for everyone or select people now.

i cant reset my console it will remove my original account that microsoft falsely locked and refused to unlock, my password doesnt work on it and hasnt for over a year i'd lose all games associated with that account so im definitely not doing that option

Hi Ryan-Butler, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If you have an external hard drive plugged into your console please unplug the external hard drive and then perform a powercycle before installing the game. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't have an external hard drive perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

but the powercycle worked it is now reinstalling

I bought portal still alive on my xbox one, but it says game unavailable on my new xbox one s, I re downloaded and played still alive on my xbox one s as well
