Portal 2 wont start

Discus and support Portal 2 wont start in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When i insert the disc into my xbox one it asks me if i own the game.     Portal 2 wont start


    When i insert the disc into my xbox one it asks me if i own the game. It is installed on the xbox one but refuses to start. Anyone know what to do?

    I don't know what you're waiting for! Go get the game. It is a great game with a fantastic story line. It's challenging and the multiplayer really brings it to the next level.

    hi there the reason why this might not work is because in some country's it has not been released in like the uk. If you want to know what country's portal 2 is available let me know and i will try to find out for you. Thanks for coming to the xbox ambassador's

    Did the portal come with the start kit or are you using the one from Wii?

    If so it wont work due to the different software associated with the portal to recognize the consoles
