Portal 2 will not delete old saves from cloud

I did attempt this route, there is no option for “everywhere” though when i access this menu. Just from hard drive. And it does show that it has been deleted, as there is no information there. I can turn the console on and off, log on to different accounts,
whatever, and it shows no data available to delete. But launching the game i get the “syncing with cloud” msg, and then that data reappears and is present again on the manage games/add ons tab.

Try pressing your xbox home button, then highlighting the game, then press start (the button with the three lines), then click on manage games and add ons, then delete from everywhere (not delete from console).

Ill check out the link when I have a chance and let you know.

Ive already tried the second part though with no success. I even dug out my 360 and attempted the same process there, for both accounts im trying to use to play multiplayer.

It successfully clears and shows that there is no data left, and the single player information is erased, but attempting to start the multiplayer, sets me right back in to a fully completed area.

If that doesn't work, try this:

- Disconnect your console from the Internet

- Delete save files

- Start Portal 2 and create a new game file

- Play until the game saves or make a save manually

- Connect to the Internet again

This should overwrite your cloud data hopefully.

Im not aware if this option, could you give me a quick walkthrough, maybe this will help.
