Portal 2 unable to purchase

Tried to purchase Portal 2 and it said bundle only after clicking that it said we cannot find this item. I also tried to purchase it from the xbox live website and it also said bundle only and clicking sent me to the bottom of the page, opening in a new
tab did the same. Called xbox support and they seemed stumped with it as well and told me to post here. Not used to using forums for this or why they wanted me to post here but, here you go.

Really craving to play this again please fix soon.

Unable to Launch Portal 2

You would have to play the game on the account you bought it on, your other account is not recognised as "owning" the game, so it would not be able to launch.

 

Unable to Launch Portal 2

I downloaded Portal 2 yesterday onto my Xbox, and I'm unable to launch it on my main profile. However, if I launch it on another profile, it works fine.

This is a problem, as I'm wanting to play the Co-Op, however I'm unable to if I have to log in on another profile that doesn't have Gold.

 

Update: I've noticed this issue is also on other games, it's also on the Traitor's keep DLC for fable 3 and Portal: Still Alive as well....

Also now it wont let me use the gift card I redeemed to make purchases even though it says I have the money on my account page....

 

Ah, yes I'm on Xbox One if it helps.

 

Try buying it on the Xbox website.

 

Maybe the game is not yet purchasable on the Xbox One console. Same goes with Black Ops. Try this link instead:

Are you using a credit card on microsoft currency because you cannot purchase backward compatable games with microsoft credit as i found out to day. I called microsoft and they told me to use a credit card.

Dracaryz: According to xbox support it should be able to be downloaded to xbox one.

Have you tried purchasing Portal 2 on the Xbox 360 Marketplace on Xbox.com? The link that Dracaryz provided above is currently the only way to purchase Portal 2 for Backwards Compatible play on your Xbox One console. Once you purchase the game from the Xbox
360 Marketplace, you will be able to install it on your Xbox One through your 'Ready to install' list.
