    Hello I just bought portal 2 on my xbox one s everytime I try to play it tells me I am disconnected from xbox live but when I check I am not disconnect I have tried restarted my xbox and all the other trouble shooting tips none have worked is it because
    I am on an xbox one s or something else?

    (it is compatible with the xbox one s I think so at least)
