Portal 2- Can't download second profile to play local co-op

Hello Thomas,

Please make sure that the profile of the second person is also available and logged in your Xbox One.

Next when you open the game with your main profile, press both View and Menu buttons to open the guide, so you can close your session from that backwards compatible game (not from the Xbox One).

Afterwards using the controller of the second person to open the guide of the backwards compatible game and log in with that account credentials in order to download / create the profile needed.

Finally, get back in the game by login yourself in.

Alternatively you can use the second person profile to launch the Xbox 360 game and create/login with that profile directly.

I love Portal 2, and its local co-op mode is especially dear to me. Any first-person puzzle game with co-op levels designed that well would be my ideal game, or at least my ideal game mode. I guess mostly, though, I want Portal 3.

I've done GoW1+2 on co-op, they were pretty good.

However, the best co-op I've played is Portal 2. It's just brilliant.

If you want you can add me! I also have a few co-op games myself we can try and play. I am mostly currently looking for a Borderlands or Portal 2 co-op right now. I really want Portal 2 co-op achievements.
