    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox forums. I understand there is an issue with the external hard drive. I recommend to try the following article:

    I gameshared with my one friend a few months ago and he decided to sign into xbox app with my account. I changed my password and he was kicked out of it, but he still receives notifications whenever I get a message or achievement. Is there anyway
    I'm able to prevent him from getting notifications.
    Can i use a portable harddrive for memory instead of xbox 360 hardrive
