Port Forwarding - Assistance Required

• What Country/State/Province do you live in? Australia, WA
• Router brand & model number: Bob Lite GL411 (ADSL Router)
  
• Wired or wireless: Either - wireless preferred
• Is UPnP Enabled? Yes
• Who is your ISP? iinet (Naked Home 1)

I realized there was an issue when I signed into Titanfall and the only server available to me was Brazil (with a 400+ PING). I looked online to see if their were any server issues, but there didn't seem to be. During my search, I found some info on port-forwarding.
I wanted to try and open the ports myself but I have no idea which port info to use. I know I need to create a new rule in my Firewall to allow for Titanfall to get through. But which of these numbers do I use? (I run Windows 8) And which port numbers do I
use? These? Or these? The trial app/program from PortForwarding didn't help much either. I feel as though I've missed a step somewhere.

Any help would be much appreciated. I am so lost

Frame rate issue while host

I've try Port Forwarding with all the ports that Xbox required (with my DMZ disable) and both Port Forwarding and DMZ are having the same issue while i'm host.

 

How to get open NAT on all CGN Gateways

To open the NAT successfully on these type of Gateways, follow the guide below;

Port forwarding; disable UPNP under "Basic" go to "Gateway Function" then click disable.

Go to Port Forwarding and enter all the required ports Xbox One Network Ports | Xbox Live Network Ports

Set the Xbox to a static IP that you assigned to the ports in port forwarding, once done,

reboot the modem

You can also do the same for DMZ but Disable both UPNP and Port Forwarding

It didn't help, sadly. The extremely unhelpful trial ver. of Port Forwarding's port checker software says that my ports are still not open. I'm just going to give up. I'm sure I've missed a step, one that isn't noted on any of the guides.
