Port 3074 keeps changing to port 52767 even after making a static IP

Hi everyone

Ive been having this issue where my alternate port selection kept changing from port 3074 to port 52767. I made a static IP but it still keeps changing from port 3074 to 56727. Every time I restart my Xbox, it is port 3074, but after maybe 5 minutes, it changes to 52767. Maybe it has something to do with the static IP I put in? I don’t really know and at this point I have no clue what else to do and feel helpless. (Also I’m not very good with this stuff.).

It's weird even if it's changing, try following these procedures below on your console.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

So basically if I have I friends console as my home as in like game sharing then that can affect my connection to internet? Because that’s the problem im having I think. One minute im connected then it’s like it says outage after a while like im so confused right now

If you have more than one console in the home upnp is whats causing this . If you only have one console in the home turn off upnp and port forward to the console should fix the problem . You do not need upnp to get an open nat .

The ideal thing would be for you to get in touch with your IS so that they can help you with port forwarding and check what is happening with your network.
