Returns aren't always granted, but you can visit your Microsoft Account page and click Payments & Billing > Order History and find the purchase. Under that click "Get order help" and that will take you to a page that has details on the best way to get in
touch with the billing department to request a refund. Again, it's not guaranteed, but you can go through the process to request it.

I am a bit curious as to what you thought it was and what was different that you didn't like? I really enjoy Forza Horizon 4 and a lot of the extras with it, so I'm just curious what about it you didn't like?

This isn't a reason for a refund.

You can't refund stuff just because 'you don't like it'. You can only refund it if it is broken etc.

And what did you expect? It just adds the Porsches' to the game for you to use and events.

If you're unable to perform a refund it may be because you actually started the DLC you purchased.

I don't believe there is a porsche pack in the game i believe that you bought it in game and in game purchases are hard to refund because it's consider dlc the best way is to contact xbox support or the forza support team

Contact technical support in your country to see if a refund is possible, I believe that if the game does not register two hours the refund procedure is possible, but I remember that there is no porch at the beginning of the game
