Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I did look into this issue and as it turns out, downloading Far Cry 2 through the Games with Gold is currently experiencing problems and is actively being investigated and worked on to find a solution as quickly
as possible.

Right now its best to contact
customer support and open up a case with them or just check back here in a few days and see if we have an update for you.
