tengo un problema, eh buscado por todos lados y nose si tiene solución, no encontre nada al respecto.

Mi problema es que cuando conecto el mando de Xbox 360 a la pc el joystick derecho funciona como mouse y algunos botones como rb + A lo usa como una combinación de teclas como ctrl o tab y asi. Ya de por si esta asi desde que lo conecto (obviamente no tengo
ningún software que modifique esto, incluyendo que tengo el Windows update actualizado)

y es realmente fastidioso ya q hace imposible jugar cualquier titulo q se disfrute mas con un mando q con teclado como: fifa, rocket league, tekken, etc.

mi pregunta es: ¿tiene esto solución alguna?

Did you have a look at the ingame settings for the games you mentioned (like Rocket League or FIFA) in order to make sure these are set to default? If that is the case I'd try using a different controller to make sure that's not the reason for it.
