Hace 2 días que siento que mi consola va un poco lenta y mas en algúnos juegos como pubg y gears 5

Como un poco de caidas de fps pero el ventilador y todo lo demas suena y va perfectamente no tengo problema en ello solo que en algúnos juegos ya mencionados es ahi dónde me va un poco lento , alguien sabe ¿por qué?

Cabe mencionar que la consola tiene apenas 3 semanas que la compre y hasta ahorita no me habia dado ningún problema

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing performance issues with your console.

If you haven't had the chance to perform a
power cycle, this might help improve performance and clear out some of the cache that could be causing the sluggishness.

Additionally, you could performance a soft
factory reset on your console if you really feel the need to. This will keep all of your games and apps, but will remove all accounts and Home Xbox assocaitions, so be sure to have your info in hand so as to not lose any data.
