Popular Broadcasting Removal

I have an issue where a few people have asked me personally how to remove themselves off of the the game hub listing. I am not exactly sure what this feature is on xbox its new to me so I am going to explain it the best way I can. I have a friend who streams
on Mixer. He gets random friend requests every 2 minutes from various people random gamers on xbox they don't know. We have tried fixing the the settings but nothing works in the settings and we have no clue how to remove this so it stops. It has you listed
either as a hit clipper or a popular broadcastor. How do you remove yourself from this? Does anyone in the xbox community know how?

Hi, I think i know what you are talking about, but I don't think there is a way to be removed from the Poplular Bradcasting list, other than to become less popular,(I could be wrong, I'm not an expert on this feature) but I don't think your friend would
want to do that. As for the friend requests popping up every 2 minutes, you can turn notifications off, but you can't stop people from sending friend requests.

I was told there were people that have been able to get removed from the feature. No one has been able to answer this if there isnt a way there needs to be one because it comes off as creep when you get messages from people saying they found you threw
the xbox suggestion list and want to be friends and don't know the person.

Simply by being an important part of the community, if you're streaming on a daily schedule and people are actually interested in your broadcasts, you'll be labeled as a popular broadcaster.

Each region got different broadcasters,Microsoft fault,of course....

These streams most likely are not available to watch because of poor settings or incompatible connections and settings the user is streaming on.

If the streams key frame intervals are higher than 2 while the CBR is higher than 2000 the stream will not be available on consoles or mobile devices.

This is not an issue on xbox this is a way to preserve twitchs servers.

This is something that was put in place last year when the video and audio types changed

As for you not being able to view on your PC either tells us that the streamers settings are soo poor twitch down right cuts the stream.

And if you want to fix these types of issues you will need to get an 3rd party broadcasting software... The most popular for free to use is OBS/ open broadcast software. While the most popular paid software is WireCast.
