Popping noise when streaming to Windows 10

I'm trying to set up streaming to my Windows 10 Laptop, I've set everything up successfully and it streams no problem. Except for a loud popping noise over the top of any sound streaming from the Xbox. I tried to look for a solution to this problem, and
it seems many people have had issues with a popping sound every now and then while playing on a TV, but it seemed there was nothing quite as constant as what was happening on my system. I attempted a few fixes, in system and sound setting, I also tried turning
off the kinect and unplugging it altogether, but these fixes did nothing.

It's only when streaming that this popping noise happens, if I play through the TV, it works perfectly, likewise, the computer doesn't have any audio issues with anything except when streaming from the xbox.

Streaming to Windows 10 PCs doesn't work at the last stage

Hello,
I've tried streaming to two windows 10 devices (a HP laptop and a Surface Pro 3) , I've tried hard rebooting the Xbox one twice, and rebooting the Windows 10 devices numerous times. Also tried the Windows 10 devices on wireless and wired. (The Xbox One
is always wired)
when I click to start streaming, it says it's connected to the Xbox One, the Xbox One reports a "username has started streaming" then the Xbox app just goes "blanked out" as if the stream should have popped over the app's window

The "test streaming" feature always reports a success, however when streaming or trying the test, I never see much notable network activity in task manager of the Windows 10 machines.

Streaming to windows 10

Three year old 13" MacBook Air (1.8 GHz Core i5, 4 GB, 128 GB SSD) with Windows 10 Home (not virtual). Streaming worked great. I played Dying Light for an hour tonight with no lag Or connection issues. Appreciate this functionality so I can play in different
areas of the house.

The only bug I have encountered is that is my controller will not move up and down the main Dying Light menu if I move it down past "Continue". Seems to lock up a bit. I have to use the XBOX home button and start another game and then come back to Dying
Light to "Continue" my game.

The MacBook is wifi only while the XBOX One is on a Ethernet cable. The MacBook Air worked much better than my 2014 Dell Inspiron 15" 7000 laptop (Core i7 2.00 GHz, 8 GB ram and a 1 TB hard drive). The Dell disconnected from my XBOX gaming session after
10 minutes (from the same location in my house). For some reason the MacBook on Windows just does gaming better. It streams the PC version of MineCraft for my son with no lag whereas the Dell lags MacBook also streams some Steam games better for me (e.g.,
Styx: Master of Shadows if you are familiar with it).

How odd! I'm sorry to see any streaming issues. Do you happen to have any anti-virus programs on your PC minus Windows Defender? This could be causing some quality issues that's coming up in the form of sound issues.
