Pop sound

    Anyone else notice that the console does a wierd “pop” sound every now and then? Its like a plastic flicking sound

    No-popping sound

    Do you ever feel a little sad or disappointed when an achievement "pops", but doesn't make the telltale "popping" sound? I think it's important because sometimes you might miss the fact that you got an achievement at all.

    Am I really the only one? It sound like if you would tap the xbox with your finger

    Mine does not have that issue you described. It's eerily silent. I now however do notice the godawful noise my external harddrive makes. I didn't notice that with the Xbox One but with the One X it becomes really noticeable.

    Mine makes a strange popping sound occasionally as well ( no regularity that ive noticed, every few hours as a guess).. It sounds more like someone blowing a bubble in bubble gum then popping it. Everything seems to be fine apart from that, but I have
    no idea what it is either.

    No, sorry, I never found out what it was. It seems to have stopped doing it now. Weird, I was even beginning to think it was on the game I was playing (Assassins Creed, Origins). Everything seems fine with the console now. I hope yours works well.

    I hear a creak every now and again but I'm guessing it's just the plastic case as the Xbox gets warmer
