    I had to submit an issue that required adjustment for my XBOX one to reflect my 2 year extended warranty status and not only manufacturer, I had very customer service and support and I had to submit two claims number (Mod Removed-Personal)
    and (Mod Removed-Personal)).

    Both of these tickets were closed down without any fix or follow up and this process has taken almost a month where it was supposed to take 2 days max. I had to submit a third ticket number (Mod Removed-Personal))
    for the same purpose. This is very poor customer service and I ma really
    disappointed. Anyone else had such a terrible service!!!
